The De Buyer 20cm stainless steel tart ring is just what you need for flawless tarts, quiches, cheesecakes and layered mousse cakes.
To use, place the tart ring directly on a baking try. Grease the ring or line with baking parchment, then lay in your pastry or biscuit base. When it’s finished baking, cut off any overhanging bits of pastry and carefully pull the top edge of the tart ring to remove it from the pastry or biscuit base. The top and bottom edges of the tart ring are rolled to make it easier to pick up.
This tart ring is 20cm in diameter and 2cm high. It is engraved with the size – so if you have a collection of tart rings you can easily identify the size you need.
The De Buyer stainless-steel tart ring is suitable for use in conventional ovens, the freezer, deep-freezer, refrigerator and even blast chiller.
Dishwasher safe.
