At Sous Chef UK, we want you to be delighted with your culinary finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most non-perishable equipment and pantry staples. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fresh produce or items with a broken seal unless they are faulty.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and are not categorized as perishable goods or personalized products.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.
- 3.Pack Securely
Safely package the items to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly included inside the box.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked service; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
